Your first session always begins with a Discovery Call — a quick conversation to learn more about your goals, health history, and preferences. From there, we’ll create a personalized plan that may include massage, skincare, herbal/supplement guidance, or a combination of all three.

For in-person sessions, I provide a calm, professional environment where you can fully relax and focus on yourself. For virtual consultations, you’ll receive the same attentive care and detailed recommendations from the comfort of your home.
